What do I need to volunteer

All volunteers need the following:

Volunteer Application
Volunteer Affidavit
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (CY113)
FBI Criminal History Check (If you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years)
- There is a fee of $22.95 for the FBI Criminal History Clearance that will be reimbursed by RCCNH

Is there a fee to obtain my clearances

Both the Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance and the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance are free for volunteers.

There is a $22.95 fee for the FBI Criminal History Check that will be reimbursed by Refuge.

I have my clearances, now what?

Once you receive your clearances submit copies to Refuge via email to ministries@rcc-newholland.com or by dropping them off in the church office

How long are my clearances good for?

Clearances are valid for 60 months and will need to be renewed prior to their expiration.
